Summary
Rumors of a cafe that always seemed to be open, serving exactly what a person needed, whether they knew it or not, had been floating around the underground circles Shota frequently prowls for the past few years. The actual location, and its very existence was shrouded in mystery, as the entrance always seemed to pop up in impossible places, disappearing the moment a person left its establishment.
According to Ms. Joke however, who Shota first heard about the cafe from, the strangest part was the folks running the place. One, a teenage girl with a single horn sprouting from her forehead, acting as the server or playing guitar when not delivering orders. The other, a young man, no older than twenty-five with a shrub of green hair and eyes like emeralds that seemed to bore into the soul to find your every desire working the register and preparing orders.
Both had smiles softer than the moon’s embrace, yet throughout every single rumor Shota has heard, one thing always stayed the same. Neither of them ever spoke a word. Even as the decorations and interior changed from rumor to rumor, no one could pull more than faint giggles from either worker.
And tonight, Shota just so happened upon the entrance mid-patrol.

A new vigilante has surfaced, one not afraid to operate in daylight. Of the little information they even had on the person, the presence of tech advanced enough to rival, or even surpass, I-Island is what apparently worried the HPSC the most (besides the fact that the vigilante was out performing almost all of their limelight heroes).
As such, the HPSC decided to assemble a squad to try to capture the man, the latest of many. This time however, they’re pulling out all the stops, recruiting the likes of Endeavor and, somehow, Nezu. Hell, they even brought in All Might in case things went south. And her for some reason. Tsutsumi Kaina, aka Lady Nagant, straight out of their favorite
