Summary
you had know Aaron hotchner since university, and ever since the first day of knowing him you had the biggest, fattest, most overwhelming crush on the guy. But for some reason he never knew, or even noticed. You had eventually learned to push the feelings away trying to figure out your own problems, focusing on yourself. Then, years later when you joined the bau after getting transferred... Things seemed to go downhill after reuniting with Aaron. But there's a bit of a romance twinkling between you and one of your new coworkers.

(Now a psa, the reader aka you in this story is a bit fem presenting and gets along better with the gorls. There's mentions of typically "girl" related things like makeup n stuff. Just a psa)

Summary
while growing up, Charles Xavier and raven had became friends with a young girl their age who was just like them, she had the ability to block mutant powers by creating a mental shield and deflecting it, sending the mutants ability back at them, against them. being able to essentially use their gifts for a small amount of time. she was Charles first love and will probably be his last. they were supposed to be together, but she had to go and sacrifice herself to save all of the mutants and humans, even him.
alt summary: Charles is reminiscing on the time he spent with the reader and regrets not telling her he loves her. But then he feels as though he may not be fully alone in this garden.

You (the reader) are a modern nerd -woman who gets sucked in the world of mutants by becoming one by herself as the result of a freaky accident.
Now, a small warning!
This story does not follow the movie timeline or the events of the movie. I have not read the X-men comics and this kind of happens in the moment of X-Men First Class. The time is modern day - 60's and location (your city) and somewhere in the UK.

Your night ends extremely well, though, with the help of one Charles Xavier (this is set in X-Men: First Class, when Charles and Erik are recruiting mutants to fight against Shaw).
