Summary
Idk how to summaries this but I always had this idea about how since in the Telltale series Max technically didn't come back from the dead and is just Max from an alternate timeline, there is a possibility that in that timeline besides Sam getting psychic powers instead of Max, there are some small differences that set the 2 timelines apart. Like for example, instead of the food you had for breakfast, you had something else, and while those differences seem insignificant a first, if you applied them to memories like interactions, people, item placements, and etc. It feels more haunting, because in that situation your not just misremembering what happened, you remember, but that wasn't you in that moment. (If that makes since?)

Summary
Robert was taken in by Shroud, raised by the name. Unknown to him that his only purpose to uncle Elliot is as a battery as somehow, the pulse was absorbed into Robert as a small child. He's grown up with this life, inside a safe house forever unless his powers were needed. He's always been glad to help Elliot whenever he's needed, its what helps soothes his loneliness inside the safe house.
Until unprecedently the battery is found but its.. Robert?
