Summary
After JJ's kidnapping, Emily can’t force herself to return to London. Taking a sabbatical from Interpol under the guise of renegotiating a return to the FBI, Emily finds her primary purpose in taking care of JJ, who is struggling to keep it together. With encouragement from Hotch and a standing offer from Emily to drive her there and back, JJ agrees to see a therapist to address her traumatic experience. As the sessions pass, JJ is forced to confront one of the major things haunting her: that, of all people, it was Emily she hallucinated rescuing her; that, now that she has so much time to herself, the only person JJ wants is Emily.
