A year ago, Teyvat had learnt the name of a musical prodigy. An enchantress that captured the hearts and minds of everyone she played for. Wherever she went, she would play for entire towns and cities at the stroke of midnight, and vanish into thin air at the second her show concluded.
However, no one knew who she was. Many had tried to get a glimpse of her face, but it was always concealed behind a silver mask of dragons and metal flowers.
Her name was Diana, and she was you.
You wear the mask not because of vanity, but because of your need of privacy. You had seen what being an idol had done to Barbara, and you did not wish for the same to happen to you. That and the fact that the mask was the only way to combat your terrible stage fright.
Your next show was to happen in Liyue - the city of the late Geo Archon, Morax.
