The end of the war leaves Katsuki with zero excuses not to seek out therapy and in his second year at UA he finally does just that. Going to therapy has allowed him to start dealing with the negative feelings he feels towards himself and his actions towards others. To further improve his emotional regulation, he embarks on a journey of self care through various forms; masturbation being one of them.
