Summary
After Harry and Hermione died at Malfoy Manor, Harry meets his reaper in the afterlife. To his surprise, this isn't remotely the first time he had died, but to finally fulfil his destiny this time he will be sent back with his memories and some additional preparation thanks to some long dead people like the founders and a few of his ancestors. This time Dumbledore's manipulations and the Weasleys' love potioning won't happen, rest assured.
Back at Ollivanders with Hagrid, Harry starts changing things rapidly, especially since he ran into his soulmate - Hermione. Upon a first touch she starts to remember everything. Minerva McGonagall and the Grangers rescue Harry from the Dursleys and as Lord of the Noble and Most Ancient House of Potter, with advanced magical skill, knowledge of Dumbledore's and Voldemort's plans and his soulmate on his side a whole new life can begin.
My personal interpretation of the Grim Reaper challenge.

Summary
Errors in clone incubations happened more frequently than the Kaminoans are willing to admit. There are clones that came out of their incubation time as defective as 99 or worse. Sometimes defective clones could have hair or eyes of a different color than other regular clones. They are outcasts among the other clones. Rex is another one of those defective clones, he probably is the most defective of them all. Because she is not a he. Rex is a woman with blonde hair and is also smaller than the rest of the clones. However, her defectiveness will not only affect her relationship with some of her brothers, but also with her General. It is a secret Rex wants to keep at all costs, even from her General, because she doesn't want the proud Jedi to reject her. Anakin is the best General in the GAR while she is a faulty clone, she has no right to love him. Yet it is because of her deviance and her love for her General that the fate of the war will change for better or worse.
Between love, secrecy, and suffering, will Rex succeed in coming out of the war unscathed? Or will it destroy her?
