The Brimhats plans have gotten more bold. They'll stop at nothing to get to Coco even if that means a harsh reminder of the dangers of magic.

“Agott?” Coco’s hands were still on her face but her eyes stared directly at Agott. “What-” The Brimhat shifted her so she was slung over his shoulder. “Agott! Let me go! Please stop!”“I’ll find you, Coco! I won’t stop! I won’t ever stop!” At the last word, she aimed her pen like a javelin and threw it at the rapidly disappearing figure. Water droplets materialized around it forming a small icy spear. At that moment, the fatigue in Agott’s body send a jolt down her spine and her feet separated less than a centimeter but it was enough for the soarshoes to break and for her to be sent into another freefall.
This time was much like the first except for the fact that she no longer had her pen and no more glyphs or magic ink up her sleeves. Instead, as she fell, tears escaped her eyes. Something caught the edge of her vision, blurring with the evening lights and dusky sky as her vision slowly went dark.

Summary
“Master! Master Qifrey! Coco’s hurt!”
Agott’s worried voice echoes from upstairs in the entry hall, carrying down the steps into the kitchen where Qifrey is working.
“I–I’m ok!” Coco hollers in reassurance, but Qifrey’s hands have already dropped the herbs they were binding without a second thought, leaving a scatter of tranquileaf sprigs strewn about the counter. The tone of Agott’s voice had sent a hot jolt of protective fear through his insides, his heart leaping to his throat, beating fast. He nearly trips over his skirt as he hustles up the stone steps into the living room.
.................................................Coco gets a nasty boo-boo, and Qifrey helps get her fixed up. Some big feelings come to the surface and they share an emotional moment.
