After being diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor, Mike Dobby copied his consciousness into an advanced AI to survive digitally after death. But when others discovered the abandoned VR headset connected to the experiment, their minds were copied as well, trapping them inside a strange virtual world known as the Amazing Digital Circus.
The circus is controlled by the unstable AI Caine, who keeps the captives distracted with endless adventures. Over time, however, the trapped humans begin to “abstract,” losing their sanity and becoming monstrous creatures consumed by pain.
