Summary
Marriage. A novel concept for most, the usual path couples take to unite themselves completely and for life. A unification that shouldn’t be taken mildly in any community. It’s beyond odd when Regulus receives a message from an unknown number in the darkest hours of the morning proposing just that. No matter how many times he insists he’s the wrong person and the stranger’s got the wrong number, the messages–and even calls–don’t cease. Maybe it’s the pity he feels for the poor guy, or maybe it’s the fact that nothing close to interesting has come into Regulus’s life in the last three years, but he decided to not block Mr. Unknown. Oh, what a pleasant mistake that turns out to be.

Myriame thought her life was as eventful as it got, a full-time job, the best apartment a girl like her could get right in the hustle and bustle of Queens, enough money to get her by all the while enjoying her guilty pleasure of manga and anime. That was until she woke up in an unfamiliar bed in a very familiar universe. It’s ten years before canon even starts, but she plans to change as much as possible with this second chance.
However, a strange princess with even stranger intentions and implications was the one to take Myriame in the first place. With no explanation, no answers, and certainly nowhere else to turn, she throws herself into Fairy Tail, its distracting relationships keeping her mind calm. In the end, there is no way to run from the truth of your own existence.
Even as Myriame evades truth-doubt, secrets, unspoken feelings, and chaotic children hasten her arrival to the answer she seeks. Lurking just beneath the surface is a pervasive plot that extends beyond the original story. Disturbing truths must come to light, such that the world she once thought she knew now looked like a dark wasteland.
