Summary
Hux has a combat simulation program developed for all First Order personnel and has a sim of himself as the final boss. He congratulates himself when the program becomes a massive success, unaware of the fact that hackers have changed the coding to dress his sim in increasingly scandalous outfits. When Hux finds out that Ren is spending a large amount of time in the sim he gets suspicious and pulls up the video logs of Ren's sessions, only to realize that Ren is seeking much more than combat training from Hux's sim. After some thought and planning, Hux decides to give Ren the real thing.

“I take it that they were unsatisfactory?” Hux guesses airily, trying to control his breathing. It wouldn’t do to display the effect the other man has on him, but the usual deep breaths Hux uses to regain his composure only addle his mind with more of Ren’s scent.
“Unsatisfactory,” Ren repeats, his voice menacing. “You send me four omegas and you—you send me four omegas who look like that girl and then you dare to ask me if I found them unsatisfactory?!”

Supreme Leader Ren is an alpha that goes into a fury-induced rut much more frequently than what’s good for the structural integrity of the First Order’s fleet. Hux makes up a foolproof plan to deal with this; hire some omega sex workers that look like the scavenger girl, have Ren work through his rut with them, save credits.
The plan goes sideways in less than a standard hour.

“I have just the thing for you,” Hux announced. His voice held a strange note, almost tender.
He dropped his hand and stepped back, and Ren almost swayed toward the energy he exuded. He was projecting things Ren was not used to from him: a desire to comfort, consideration. He opened his mouth to ask what thing it was that Hux was offering, but those green eyes flicked to him and a smirk played on soft lips.
Hux jerked his head toward Ren's discarded garments and helm. “Collect yourself. Meet me in my quarters.”

After a mission gone wrong, Kylo does the only thing he's good at: destruction. Yet as he rains down attacks on First Order equipment, his lightsaber becomes unstable and damages his hands. Even the pain and blood aren't enough to quiet the hateful voices raging in his head. Silence only comes when Hux grasps Kylo's bloodied hands and tells him it will be alright.

Ethan shuddered, looking around for eavesdroppers before he pressed a fist into his abdomen, whimpering at the bottomless emptiness within.
