    Jason scoffed, but Clark saw the corner of his mouth twitch up in an almost smile. "I guess." He paused and absentmindedly started to pick at a loose thread on the undersuit he was still wearing. "Do I…talk about dying too much?"

     

    Clark had to stop himself from making a noise of surprise. Out of all of the things he would've guessed to be bothering Jason, it wouldn't have been that.

    Bruce is dark hair and a rumbled journal with mismatched paragraphs of therapy notes, a dark iced coffee next to him and snow beckoning his eyes. Clark is a crappy digital camera he got at the local thrift store with crooked glasses as he wilts in the wet of frost.

    Their meeting is cliche to the point of ridiculousness, but they can't exactly complain considering their equal adoration for the other, even with the snow climbing up their legs.
