Summary
A/U where Scully and Mulder were married, had a child, and have since divorced. Mulder does not have much contact with Scully and their daughter, Melissa (Missy for short) as he is still running around the country looking for the truth. Scully is no longer an agent but has since began teaching at Quantico. Skinner is still around and absolutely adoring Missy and Dana and wants more from Dana.
Takes place after the finale but before IWTB and the reboot. Scully's pregnancy in the show didn't happen.

Summary
In classic X-Files fashion, Mulder presents Scully with a puzzling case: a series of brutal animal attacks in the luxurious resort town of Aspen. The local authorities blame mountain lions, but the details don't fit. Mulder suspects something more... supernatural. Scully, ever the skeptic, remains unconvinced, even as Mulder pulls out historical accounts of werewolves and mythical beasts. With a free trip to a luxurious spa on the line (courtesy of Mulder's questionable expense tactics), Scully reluctantly agrees to accompany him. Will they uncover a real werewolf lurking among the rich and famous, or is there another explanation for the Aspen attacks?

Summary
End of the World is a fix-it fic that contains spoilers from the show. Many of the chapters are written as missing scenes. The story is focused almost entirely on an evolving relationship between Walter Skinner and Dana Scully.
There is plenty of smut and romance in this fic. I love these characters and this pairing and wanted them to have fun outside (and occasionally inside) the office. Check the tags.
Starting with the events in 'Paperclip', the first few chapters are angsty and mainly involve random instances of resolved sexual tension.
