Summary
After Lex shoots Kara and Lena with a DIY Phantom Zone projector, the couple find themselves trapped in a war-torn version of National City. In this dimension, tyranny and oppression rule and their only hope at finding a way home is joining the rebellion led by none other than Kara's ex boyfriend, which Lena is less than happy about. And to Lena's confusion, Kara seems to be hiding their relationship from him.
But when a mission goes wrong, they're captured by the megalomaniac dictator who develops a terrifying obsession with Lena. As they're physically and psychologically tortured and tested, their bond is pushed to the brink.

Heat spikes in the back of Lena’s eyes. “Friends,” she repeats. “Of course. Why couldn’t we be?”
The answer is obvious. They were never really friends, even when they technically were. Lena has zero idea how Kara plans to manage it now with all their history between them.A sort of retelling of S2 under the premise that Lena and Kara went to college together and dated.

Summary
Lena discovers Supergirl’s identity in Kaznia and is pissed to say the least. She experiences every emotion on the wheel including, to her confusion, a sense of longing and desire for her backstabbing best friend.
Kara takes on her civilian identity since Supergirl is being hunted by the DEO and the children of liberty. Kara does everything she can to fix things between her and Lena.
To Lena’s annoyance, she can’t seem to cut Kara out of her life, not when their missions coincide.
