“Shall we team up?” He says. But he’s not talking to Nia, who opens her mouth to answer but doesn’t get the chance to because she’s interrupted by Lena’s little and relieved sigh, followed by a quick yes.
There’s a moment of silence where everyone seems to catch up to the idea. Kelly raises her eyebrows. Alex’s drink stops midway to her mouth. Nia is frowning, looking confused between the two. And Kara knows she’s got her mouth open- because she was about to ask Lena the same question, and she’s just as confused and disappointed as Nia looks right now.

Summary
Kara Danvers, when she took her glasses off and wore her hair down, had a striking resemblance to National City's own superhero, Supergirl. So much so, that she would regularly impersonate the hero to draw crowds for local businesses and charities at their events.
When Supergirl is severely injured during a fight, Kara is asked by the DEO to step in and pretend to be Supergirl on a much larger stage than she's used to.
Thinking she can handle a few weeks of being in the spotlight, she agrees. Being Supergirl turns out to be a lot harder than she imagined, especially when she doesn't actually have any superpowers. On top of that, she has to fool a brilliant wife, Lena Luthor, who absolutely hates Supergirl. Developing a crush on her look-alike's estranged wife certainly wasn't making it any less complicated.
Kind of a Dave (90s movie) AU? Instead of pretending to be the president, Kara is pretending to be Supergirl.
(Supergirl and Kara are two different people.)

Summary
“Kelly?” Lena questions evenly (though her eyes don’t stray from a distinctly alarmed Kara), her expression unsettlingly calm.
Kelly clears her throat uncomfortably, her gaze straying momentarily to Alex before reluctantly returning back to an unyielding Lena. “Um, yes?”
“I’m feeling rather overcome with the urge to punch Kara in the face. Can I please leave now, so that I might avoid shattering all the bones in my hand by doing so?”
She hears a strangled squeak escape Kara’s throat at that, and Alex bites her lip hard in an effort to hold back a snicker.
Or: A reluctant Alex attends therapy with Kara and Lena at Kelly's behest. Understandably, her expectations are not all that high. (And also, is it a violation of patient-therapist contractual obligation if she just really wants to kiss her gorgeous therapist?)

Lena did an introspection after Kara's lies, and deep within, she wanted to blame herself for not recognizing the obvious from the get go. She means, she knew Superman, she knew he was Clark, because he was Lex's obsession, plus pony tail, cardigans and eye glasses isn't really a camauflage. And all those slips? "I flew here… on a bus?" And many others… those flimsy excuses when she needs to cut their lunch or dinner short? She is a Luthor so she should have guessed a long time ago. It shouldn't hurt like this, it shouldn't feel like a betrayal… so why feel this way?
And she got her answer while using her new VR contacts which were improved Obsidian VR.
