Summary
Even among a group of scorned and broken flowers, Mizuki was the odd one out.
Set in an AU with some magic. In this universe, Mizuki never met the rest of Niigo in middle school, faltering against bullying and societal hatred as a result. They didn't gain the courage to be HER again in high school. It's only after graduating, full of regrets with no hope or desire for the future, that Mizuki finally gains the courage to start transitioning and become the person she's meant to be.
Unfortunately, their newfound resolve to pursue their true self again is already falling apart as they struggle to overcome their insecurities and navigate a world ruled by strict gendered norms and heteronormative standards.

Summary
Due to her father’s job, 20-year-old Yoisaki Kanade transferred to the Mikudemy Girls University during her 2nd year. She attended many schools throughout her life, but this was her first time attending an all-girls school. Being the pathetic gay loser that she is, she was excited. And how lucky the class she was assigned turned out to be full of impressive girls! The friendly Mochizuki, the cool Shiraishi, idols like Higure Arisa and formerly Kiritani, and especially the popular class president Asahina, and many more.
If only there wasn’t this uneasy feeling around her deskmate Hoshino, everything would’ve been perfect.
Unfortunately, everything went downhill when Kanade discovered her class was ‘playing’ something called Pyramid Game. A system in which they rank each other by voting and establishing a class hierarchy. The student with the least votes gets assigned Grade F and is subjected to bullying and humiliation.
“No, actually... this class is full of psychopaths...” Kanade lamented.
Trapped in this dangerous class, Kanade has two choices; become a willing participant in the game or seek to destroy the pyramid itself.
Or TLDR, the Pyramid Game AU no one (except me) asked for.
