You aren’t looking at the stars. You can look at the stars whenever you want. But the sky is incredibly clear tonight, with the few scattered clouds only serving to frame the scene rather than obstruct the view. “They are.”
Because you're both scheduled to depart on a mission very early in the morning, Olimar arrives at Hocotate Freight the evening before to get himself settled. That night, the two of you have a very long talk.

Olimar's just about resigned himself to another dreary deep space mission with a bunch of strangers - until he gets the unexpected news that Louie will be joining him. Stuck on a barren planet with his coworker/friend/sort-of-not-really-lover, Olimar is forced to reconsider questions like: what does he really want from Louie? What does he really want from his job? And how much change is he willing to make to get what he wants?

Summary; our three interrupt explorers have located a new area on PNF-404! Scans indicate this location is BURSTING at the seams with edible matter. With the promise of more fruit, Brittany, Alph, and Charlie venture off. Little did the captains know, they were about to mean a creature that’ll shatter everything they knew about the universe.
Notes: Going to use the European version of Charlie because I find him a lot more charming and more fitting with this fic.
