Summary
After the events of The Esthercist, Esther is having a hard time adjusting to being back in her own body, she's struggling to return to normal though that may be because the demon possessing her hadn't fully left her system. Dealing with the afteraffects of a possession is never fun, especially when the new voice in your head won't go away. Will she learn to accept her new roomate? Or will she destroy them both in a desperate attempt to feel sane?

Miss. Molly Marisela always prided herself on being a very understanding woman. It was a large part of her job as a psychiatrist. You had to be a very understanding person. Your job was to listen to people, and sometimes people had very…interesting things to say. Very interesting.
In all her career, she’s never had a situation quite like this one.
It’s not that she’s afraid of ghosts, no, that’s not the case. She’s been around ghosts her whole life. See, miss. Marisela is what we would call a medium. That is, she’s capable of seeing and communicating with the dead. Therefore, she’s perfectly adjusted to being around ghosts. That aspect of staying in the Undervale didn’t frighten her. What frightened her was working as a psychiatrist for a ghost. Communing with the dead is no big deal for her. Therapising the dead, however, is a whole other beast.
That isn’t to say she isn’t willing to try.Or, a psychiatrist comes to stay at the Undervale and ends up becoming Nathan's therapist. Abaddon dislikes her, Esther thinks she's awesome, Katherine is coming around to the thought of being bisexual, Ben feels indifferent towards her, and Nathan is glad that he's finally in therapy after being dead and off his Lexapro.

After a moment, Nathan spoke. “Maybe?”
“And you didn’t tell me?”
“…No.” He collapsed into the desk chair, the old wheels squeaking and sliding underneath him. “I haven’t had him for that long, and he’s been having a hard time adjusting. I dont know, I’m just making up excuses.” He shook his head. “Are you mad?”
She hummed, thinking for a moment. “How old is he?” Which wasn’t an answer, but.
Nathan winced. “Uh, nine.”
“Thats a long time to keep a kid a secret.”
OR; Nathan tells a lie he is starting to get much too comfortable telling, and it leads him to taking Abaddon to Thanksgiving dinner

The crispy-looking emo was loping over towards him, looking like he was trying to be casual, but he had a gleam in his eye that Izuku didn’t like.
“So,” the man says, “what happened to your arm?”
Ah, Izuku recognizes that. It’s a Fanboy Look. That needs to be dispelled as soon as possible.
“Stuck it down the garbage disposal,” he replies blandly. The man chokes a little. “I was mad at Player One and he doesn’t like it when I hurt myself, so I just shoved my whole arm in there. Quick and efficient way to lose a lot of blood, lemme tell you. Got some on the ceiling. Then when I woke up I drank an entire bottle of cheap tequila and felt sorry for myself.”
The man (Dabi, he said?) stares at him, openmouthed.
“Also, I’m only fourteen, and I’ve had enough of sex for at least a year, so don’t try anything. I’ll break your kneecaps.”
