The kitchen was where Katsuki thrived. Barking orders and overseeing dishes before they went out; always on time, always perfect, always dependable. Cooking was something he could understand. It came naturally to him.
Kids? Katsuki hated them. Well, he didn’t hate them, he just didn’t understand them. Especially not Kota; the angry eyed, bad tempered kid Ochako adopted years ago. So why was he suddenly the one taking care of him? He wasn’t good with kids. Especially grieving, angry, rude kids. He had a full time job. And anger issues. And R rated movies. Why anyone thought this was a good idea, he didn’t know.
Just because he had a kid to take care of now didn't mean he'd forgotten how to do his job, though. So why did his boss feel the need to hire a new chef? One with red hair, at that. Who played goddamn opera in Katsuki's kitchen like it was okay and smiled like he was having fun.
Nobody played music in his kitchen. No one asked Katsuki personal questions while he was cooking. No one asked him to hang out outside of work. So why was this new guy doing exactly that? And why was Katsuki struggling to turn him down?

Summary
Sequel to Blind Spot- the kiribaku cars AU
It's a new racing season and Katsuki's confident it will be a successful one. Kaminari's the second racer on his team, Aizawa's his coach, and he has a Piston Cup sitting on one of the shelves in Eijiro's room. As they move farther into the season, Kaminari proves to be less of a teammate and more of a rival, climbing up the charts with an inexperienced ease and a few flashy tricks. The media absolutely adores him, with his charming personality and lack of teeth Katsuki usually gives them. As the spotlight grows to include the two of them, Katsuki starts to worry: was recruiting Kaminari a good choice, or the biggest mistake of his life?
For Denki, the job proves to be harder than he'd thought. Not the actual racing part: he's good at that. But the other parts; the one's where Bakugo's concerned. Doubts creep in, both by him and his boyfriend, who worries the sports too dangerous and not a good use of his skills. Can he get through the season on Bakugo's team? Or was the idea, albeit a good one, something that should have stayed an idea?
You should probably read Blind Spot before starting this, otherwise you might get seriously confused. Updates regularly.

Katsuki kept staring at him. If he did hold something so vast in his eyes, did that mean he tasted the same? If Katsuki leaned in now, would he taste like stardust? He hoped not. Like that day in the hospital, when he’d been afraid to reach out, would it be similar? If he finally kissed Kirishima and he tasted like stardust, would that drastically change things? Would Kirishima pull away? Were there rules about that?
Why did he care, anyway? Why was he obsessing over this?
Make a wish, huh? What could he wish for that Kirishima wasn’t already giving him?

He spotted his bag in the same place it always was, buried under a hundred others, just the corner peeking out. He sighed and grabbed as much of it as he could, before yanking hard on the material. It didn’t give. No shock there. He tried again. Only a slight improvement. On the third tug, it finally came loose. The force had him stumbling backwards, bag clutched to his chest. He fell right into another camper, nearly knocking them off their feet.
He looked up from where he lay on the ground, rubbing his head and smiling sheepishly, ready to give a dozen apologies in the span of ten seconds. The camper turned to face him. He looked down, anger filling his bright, crimson eyes. He stared down at Izuku with disdain. A look of surprise crossed his face.
Then, to Izuku’s utter horror, he spoke. Just seven simple words, in a terrifyingly familiar voice.
“You’ve got to be fucking kidding me.”

Maybe the Piston Cup isn't the only thing Katsuki wants. Maybe he also wants this mechanic to be by his side. And maybe he wants his new friends to join his shitty racing team.

However he is not alone, with him is one explosive boy, former from district 2 that was sent to Kirishima’s district. Together they have to figure out how to survive, not only the games, but the Capitol and one evil President.

The raucous laughter at the counter died instantly as the stranger froze mid-motion, his mug remaining hovering an inch above the wood while the entire room seemed to lose its collective breath.
Two massive vivid crimson eyes, reflective like polished gemstones, turned to fix Katsuki with an intensity that should have been terrifying, but the silence lasted for only a moment before the creature's lips split into a wide grin that revealed rows of sharp, triangular teeth.
