"S'fine, nerd. S'not like I don't remember." Kacchan grumbles. He reaches up and pulls on Izuku's cheeks, and he doesn't even protest because Kacchan hasn't done that since they were thirteen. "I mean, I don't have all that inbetween shit, but at least I didn't forget that we're dating."
Bakugou gets Amnesia and Izuku doesn't know how to tell him that they broke up back in middle school. The Bakusquad helps him cover his ass, 13 year old Katsuki is a little shit, All Might is too old for this, and Izuku's falling in love all over again.

Summary
Jumping in front of Izuku, Katsuki gets hit with a quirk. It makes him believe he and Izuku are married. If the quirk is broken, it can cause Katsuki servere mental damage, meaning Izuku has to play along until Shinso comes back from his mission. Izuku, wanting to save his duo partner, agrees to be Katsuki's pesudo-husband for the next week.
