"At least Liyue citizens should be able to turn into stone or something, I dunno. Maybe even eat stones."
Zhongli did not raise a nation for 3700 years to have it be called boring.

Summary
Maybe the reason they usually only do this when they're drunk is because it makes it easier to cope with the reality that they like each other beyond the physical. Maybe they hold a deep affection and care for each other but they're both too scared and too fucked up to look it in the face, much less stare it down.
It's unfortunate and perhaps it leaves a bit of a pit in someone’s stomach but the beauty is, it hardly matters when they're making out half-naked and half-hard in the Yorozuya’s living room for the second time that month.

Summary
After Jounouchi Katsuya's embarrassing defeat at the hands of Kaiba Seto's on Duelist Kingdom, Kaiba leaves to find Pegasus. Not being done with Kaiba yet, Jounouchi follows the rich bastard into the woods, where Kaiba unexpectedly presents as an omega as he goes into heat for the first time.
This spurs on a begrudging alpha omega relationship between the two.
