Summary
Foggy never wanted a slave. He gets given one as a gift for being accepted at law school anyway.
They’re called study-aids - meant to help you at uni. But Foggy knows what study-aids are usually used for, and he’d rather walk into traffic than be complicit in that.
In fact, maybe he can get away with treating him not like a slave at all? At least the guy seems like, *really* into the idea of studying law...
An enslaved Matt gets given to Foggy and it’s the biggest lucky break of his so far so unlucky life. Foggy seems intent on letting him pretend to be a free person, even allows him to cover the collar he is forced to wear. Matt is already hiding his senses, so his legal status is just one more thing he has to conceal from the world now.
Unfortunately, Matt still has the Devil inside, and when Foggy gives him enough freedom to start coming home with bruises, explanations to his owner become a bit tricky…
(Note: Slavery AU focused on characterization, recovery, Daredevil shenanigans and plot, and Matt doing his best to fight for justice in the most unjust scenario he's yet been in. No non-con between Matt and Foggy.)

Summary
Tie-in scenes to "Devil For Sale", a fic about Matt and Foggy trying to navigate a world where slavery never got abolished after the Civil War, and Matt gets given to Foggy as a 'study-aid' for college. Both of them struggle to try and create the healthiest relationship under the massive constraints the system puts on them, Foggy also doing his best to let Matt hide his status, but of course nothing is helped by the secrets Matt keeps in this universe as he keeps in any other. But whereas the main fic is quite heavy at times, these scenes showcase a few of their brighter moments, for anyone needing a breather from the Matt Murdock Annual Angst Fest :D
First Chapter: Matt might not remember what day it is, but Foggy sure does.
Second Chapter: Matt and Foggy attend a frat party. It...doesn't go quite as planned.
Third Chapter: It's a return to St. Agnes, much different than last time
