Summary
This is a reading of the Percy Jackson series!! I'm a sucker for these books and I hate that nobody continues the story after five chapters. So here I am, finishing all of the books. This will include all ten books, some filler chapters and the Kane Chronicles mashups. And maybe even the actual Kane Chronicles.

I've decided to pair Percy with Will and Nico. So the first actual reading chapter might be awhile before I post it because I'm trying to do the plot, edit and juggle work. So please bare with me. Isagi Yoichi, he was just an average 17 year old boy. He went to another city to live on his own, and to earn money he works at the shop below his apartment. Blossom Cafe, a flower shop mixed with a cafe. Shibuya is full of Hero's and Villains, both fighting to save or conquer the world. Isagi hates war, he just wants peace. And he doesn't like to interfere with mayhem at all.
He is thankful he doesn't have powers because he won't interfere with any sort of war fight. Or so he thought... He unexpectedly gained a skill called 'Adaptability' which is when you have some sort of strong bond/relationship with a person who has powers. You will be able to unlock their skills and attributes of their power. Isagi is trying his best to survive with this new skill and hoping he won't unlock more abilities.

How could all of this happen? He was an ordinary guy selected for a training program, said training program was threatened to be shut down and then the match that determined Japan’s fate was set. He was on the starting 11. He was against the Japanese prodigy Itoshi Sae. Alongside a former member of Blue Lock Shido Ryusei. The two seemed unstoppable. The game still went on, and Blue Lock managed to win his Isagi Yoichi’s goal. His goal.
He was going down in history.
But not just as an insane striker, but as the partner of Shido Ryusei.

Isagi Yoichi always had a dream: to become the best striker in the world. So... when did it all change? When did he realize that there was no longer any point in that pathetic dream? When... did he stop enjoying the sport he had loved so much since he was a child and become an almost empty shell, with only negative feelings left in his mind?
Since joining Blue Lock, he had gone through all the stages, gradually advanced to world level and made it to the top of the world, but in the end, none of it had any meaning anymore, so he simply got tired. He left his career, his friends and his parents behind and started a new life.
However, after another workday, Isagi returned to his house and realized that it had been broken into. But it was too late. He had been killed. Killed by someone who admired him. And as the blood dripped to the ground during a meteor shower, he wished he could go back and put things right and enjoy soccer again.
So, in response to his wish, he went back in time. He had been given a second chance, and he wouldn't waste it.
He would go back to being the Isagi who loved soccer so much and, once again, he would reach the top of the world to become the best striker of all.

Everything about football was normal for him now, predictable, structured and organized into his daily routine, and entirely too dull in the suburbs of his hometown. He knew that he could never be the best in the world; it was impossible for someone like him, wasn’t it? Someone who lost their love for football.
To relearn the ability to arrogantly declare that he would be the best in the world—to feel his heart pound erratically as he watched the best of the best in front of him and strive to reach their level, he accepted Ego-san’s proposal. He wanted so badly to feel that way again, but his heart faltered in front of the goal, in front of his… teammates, who he regretfully wished he could confide in like a normal player. He felt like a fraud, taking this spot from someone with more passion than him.
Ego-san promised that this program would give him a reason to play, give him his passion back, and make him realize his own selfish ego, but… what if he’s wrong?
