He knew these words weren’t meant like “Be careful so you don’t hurt yourself” but more in a sense of “Be careful so that you don’t hurt others.” It has always been like that.

    Aka, Splinter is only able to save Two of the four turtles and draxum gets a hold of the other two. He tries to turn them into man destroying weapons but just a broken bone changes his mind and he decides to raise them. But what about the two that splinter took?
