Summary
If there’s one thing Damian Wayne hates, it is not knowing something. When a new hero arrives in Gotham, Lady Beetle, Damian is unable to discover any information about her. He’s even more frustrated when another woman, Bridgette, becomes his fathers, personal assistant. His family may be fine with having the bare minimum, but Damian refuses. There is something going on and he is going to figure it out.
Bridgette only remembers green eyes, people screaming, and an evil laugh. Tikki assures her it’s from another life, and that she is safe. Why does it feel like something is missing? That the person who she truly is is missing?

Marinette has defeated Hawkmoth, became a well-known Fashion Designer, stood up to Lila, and is often described as everyone's favorite Parisian (Other than Ladybug of course)! As everyone else in the world, she couldn't wait for her 18th birthday to gain her Soul Mate Mark. Learning that she had the luck to get one of the rarest and complicated Soul Mate Marks was a slight bump, but Marinette refused to allow that to deter her. She was going to find her Cat and love the heck out of him!

Damian was tired of the soul mate topic. He heard it at work, at home, on patrol. He was fine without having a soul mate, but the topic was just annoying. He was completely fine with it. When his brothers decide to talk to him at their favorite coffee stand, he hears a song that no one else seems to hear. He feels an urgency he has never felt and the answers seem to elude him. Of course, he was the one who got an insanely complicated Soul Mate Mark.

Damian blinks. “It looked like what?”
“Lit,” Richard repeats. “Isn’t that what you kids call it, with the music and dancing…?”
“I don’t follow. The video had rather dim lighting, if you asked me.”
Richard pauses for a moment, his eyes wide as he scans to see if Damian is joking. When he realizes that there’s only confusion, Richard deeply sighs and pats him across the shoulder.
