Summary
Two Quirkless kids- One a girl named Raijin and the other a boy named Izuku- run into each other.
Hurricane Linda sweeps America while the two are visiting, and Raijin shoves Izuku out of harm's way while putting herself in danger.
Izuku is left all alone as he goes back to Japan, depressed and Quirkless... Until he stumbled upon an old factory with a robot who sounds awfully like Raijin and finds out that he's Immortal?
Glitch, his new robot friend, worms their way into Izuku's life with a bright TV screen smile and insane techy skills, and somehow manages to turn everyone involved into someone with a shit ton of issues with sprinkles on top.
And did I mention that UA exams are in a few months, and Glitch has somehow already gotten into Nezu's watchlist?
And that Izuku has found a few dots that are making a very disturbing image..?

How many times can a person endure being betrayed until they break?
For Izuku, the answer was four times. Four betrayals is what it took for him to understand that he can't trust anyone but himself.
His parents, who were supposed to love him, betrayed and sold him.
The heroes who were supposed to protect him, betrayed and handed him back to his abusers.
Yet, even after all his suffering, and all the pain he went through, Izuku still wants to save people. He wants to save the people that heroes refuse to. And no one will stop him from doing just that.------

Summary

Summary
People get their quirks at the age of 4. This is simply nature since quirks started to appear over 200 years ago. While exceptions exist, mainly in the form of people who are born with their quirks, manifestations after the age of 4 are extremely rare. Extremely rare, however, doesn't mean non-existent.
-0-0-0-Izuku manifests a quirk of technopathy, dies, returns as an AI, witnesses the death of his mother, and discovers that All Might is a horrible person. All this in just two days.
Now, trapped in a computer, the only way for Izuku to explore the outside world is through cameras and other means of technology.
He's not about to let this stop him though. Izuku is not someone to let opportunities pass. If he can't be a pro hero, he'll be another kind of hero.
It doesn't matter that people call him a Vigilante.
It doesn't matter that the HPSC call him a villain.------

When Shouta asked to be part of this operation, he expected to arrest the bastard doctor who made his sensei suffer so much and his goons, perhaps having to break a few noses in the process.
What he never expected was to discover just how degenerate this doctor was.
What he never expected was to discover 15 children who never even had the chance to live.
What he never expected was to have to fight a child and end up almost dying trying to save him.
What he never expected was to walk out of there with a son.
He didn't expect a lot of things from this operation, yet he has no regrets about how things went.
