Summary
They still had the same look, she could see it so clearly. She wasn’t stupid.
(Pity. Sympathy. Disappointment.)
Steph was so frustrated that her eyes had started tearing up. Trying to reason with this family always meant going up in flames
The tears were threatening to fall but she wasn’t going to cry in front of them—She couldn’t—
“If Steph isn’t willing, let her be.” Someone said, but none of them were talking.
Jason held up his phone, Barbara Gordon on the line. “Her vitals still need to be monitored—Yes, that’s true. But for her comfort, it’d be better for someone to stay with her somewhere she’s familiar with.”
Bruce glanced at Stephanie before he asked, “And who will?”
Cassandra stepped up with no hesitation. “Me.” She looked over at Steph, who was barely standing, as if asking for her permission. Everyone else followed suit, their eyes curious.
“Yes,” She said breathlessly, until she cleared her throat, “Yeah."
Stephanie’s benched, again. Fortunately, only for a week or so.
But not without some company.

Summary
A lapse of concentration. A single errant thought. The tiniest spark, barely a glittering afterthought. But high fidelity cyberoptics never miss a beat. And never stop recording. All it took was a single second.
A lifetime to build a reputation, one blink of a mechanical eye to burn it all down.
---

Luxanna Crownguard is a high-class noble living in an ivory tower in the Demacia Autonomous Zone. When her burgeoning magical abilities are discovered and exploited by malicious interests, she is forced into hiding. Her midnight flight leads her straight into the criminal underground, tangled up in a conspiracy with machinations reaching far beyond what she can handle alone.

Summary
“Am I correct in assuming that your new outlook on life isn’t agreeing with you, Miss Kiramman?”
She winced. “Tell me what you’ve done to me. Now.”
“If you must know the details, I’ve injected you with a new variant of shimmer that I developed. It’s a particularly potent mix, capable of healing life-threatening wounds.”
“I got that, just…” Caitlyn winced again and pressed a hand to her forehead. She was so angry that she could hardly think straight. “How long does it last?”
He laughed, and this time it seemed genuine.
“Oh, Miss Kiramman. It lasts forever.”
Caitlyn is caught in the blast when Jinx's firelight bombs go off on the bridge. She winds up in Singed's lab, where he has a rare moment of compassion and decides to save her life, just as he saved Jinx. With shimmer coursing through her veins, Caitlyn falls from Piltovan grace and into the arms of the only person who can understand what has happened to her.

Summary
“Oh come on.” Jinx groaned as a car slowed down to roll alongside her. Great, fantastic, some creep wanted to make her night even worse. That's just wonderful.
When the driver didn’t take the hint when Jinx kept her gaze forward and never slowed in her stride she finally stopped. She stomped petulantly and swiveled around to glare right at the stupid tinted glass of the stupid car.
“Whaddaya want, asshole?” Jinx spat as the window started to lower, preparing for whatever sleaze would be leering behind it.
So she was surprised to not only recognize the driver but recognize them as Caitlyn fucking Kiramman.
The Piltiest Piltie to ever Pilt.
And also Vi’s ex.
Jinx would have preferred some random creep.
