“You came all this way,” Childe begins, stretching for a kiss, and Zhongli obliges him—it’s warm and soft, tender with love, “and you won’t even fuck me?”
Zhongli’s eyes narrow, and he pulls away from the kiss, taking in Childe’s surely ruined body, the tears on his face.
“Am I not tempting enough?” Childe presses, knowing full well he’s working his way up to something he might regret. He arches his back, digging his heels into the soft earth as he stretches, and Zhongli’s golden eyes flick across his body.
Childe tempts Zhongli with his body and his pleasure from the base of Zhongli’s Statue of Seven.

Summary
It has been a long, tedious, and lonely life for the vampire Neuvillette - so much so, he has since grown apathetic to the world around him. Yet, he insists on living on, unlike many of his bygone kin, if not due to his own pride, then out of spite for his former adversaries. Humans can only amuse him so much, he thinks, until one day, he crosses paths with a duo: a hunter, Wriothesley, as well as his young assistant, Sigewinne. Oblivious to his true nature, they show him great kindness, although Neuvillette can’t help but feel that the two are also hiding their own fair share of dark secrets...
Curious and with nothing to lose, he allows himself to be swayed into a lasting friendship, even as his bloodlust grows, and with each day, it becomes harder and harder for him to resist sinking his teeth into Wriothesley’s neck. Just what is it that makes that man so tempting, anyway?((UPDATE: As of chapter 12, the main story of the fic is complete. Chapter 13 will be a 'bonus' with some extra fluff, worldbuilding and smut :) ))

The growling ceased. His muscles relaxed. He stared at Neuvillette with wide, pale eyes, rather than wild ones.
Neuvillette set his cane aside, then reached out to card his other hand through Wriothesley's dark sweat-soaked hair. "There. You're feeling better already, aren't you?"

Summary
Neuvillette knows little of what it means to be a dragon; he has spent his entire life among the people of Fontaine. Everything he does know about dragons, he has uncovered himself through trial and error and the occasional bit of obscure research. But this, at least, he recognizes.
Mating instincts.
By protecting him, the duke is behaving like a dragon seeking a mate, and that has triggered Neuvillette’s own instincts to judge the duke’s adequacy.
When Wriothesley begins acting like a dragon courting his mate, Neuvillette finds himself torn between duty and desire.
