Summary
Callie and Marie try to make the first steps towards lasting peace with the Octarians, but obstacles and threats start to appear from unexpected places, which threatens to turn them into the very things they hate. Meanwhile, Avrika Betanuss carries the only hope for the Octarian Empire's salvation, but the potential for peace widens cracks forming in Octarian unity and Agent 4 is forced to confront the true nature of her own past as she is saddled with a bunch of selfish layabouts who would rather she drop dead. Throughout all this, Agent 3 and Agent 8 are just trying to find time to date.
