Waited for a small shuttle or some other craft to land and for a disguised Obi-wan to stride up the lane. It was possible, Korkie reminded himself, when the hope grew too painful to bear. He'd been disguised to look like that bounty hunter a few months before Satine died. He could come back. Live as distant relative, and no one would ever be the wiser. Unless Force users could sense the person under the disguise. Palpatine’s enforcer, Lord Vader, was said to be a Force user. Perhaps Obi-wan stayed away to protect them. It was what Korkie told himself when the night pressed around him and he couldn’t sleep.
