Summary
A collection of one-shot stories set in either Hazbin Hotel or Helluva Boss, all revolving around a gender-neutral reader and their relationships with various characters in the show.
No fully explicit sex scenes, but some chapters may contain significant sexual themes, depictions of mild-to-moderate foreplay, descriptions of lingerie or nudity, and heavy reference and allusion to sexual activities, objects, locations, relationships, etc...
Will consider taking requests after I get the first few out, but only for specific characters which I'll specify at that time. More relationship tags to come as more chapters are added.

Summary
It was a truce, as much as it was a relationship, but it settled between the two of you more easily than anticipated. You had never been good at leaving things well enough in the past, but with her, somehow it was easy enough to move on, to accept things that might have otherwise sounded absurd. Like beginning a relationship by accepting the inevitability that your partner would lie to you, would keep secrets, would manipulate you.
You didn't mind. Nothing about your life had been anything but absurd, why should your relationship have been any different? Her secrets were her own, her lies were to protect - either you or herself - and you understood her well enough by now to trust that she had good reason. Some things were better to let slide. Some uncomfortable questions were better left unspoken.
Some truths were better left buried.

Escaping your past wasn't hard. HYDRA tore it away from you. Clint urged you to leave it behind. Fury told you it didn't matter. Natasha was the only one who seemed to respect your past. Envy it, even. It would have been so easy to cast aside your past life. To tell everyone that your past didn't matter, and you were in charge of the future.
But you did none of that. You held that past to your heart, even as SHIELD tried to beat it out of you, even as HYDRA fought their way in to find you, for the sole sake of a life you never knew you had. Leaving it all behind would have been far easier... but then again, you always were a stubborn one. With your past out of reach, your future uncertain, and even your present fairly unstable, you only had one constant. It wasn't Fury, with his mystery and intrigue. It wasn't Clint, with his charismatic façade. No, you were in fact quite surprised to find that it was Natasha. Because even when you felt like she wanted to kill you...
At least she was honest about it. And she never told you how easy it would be to overcome your past.
Hard to believe your past could have so much sway over you... when you had no idea what it was.
