Kaveh continues combing through Al-Haitham’s hair, up and down and up again. He slides his fingers through his bangs, rubs away the slight wrinkle near his brow, trails his fingers down the bridge of Al-Haitham’s nose, and traces over the curve of his cheek.
Al-Haitham shifts, mumbling in his sleep—hand tightening over Kaveh’s wrist.
Something painfully warm clicks in the softest parts of Kaveh’s heart.

“Sleep with me.” Kaveh’s cheeks warm slightly. “In my bed.”
The 4 times that Alhaitham sleeps with Kaveh in his bed for a sensible reason + the 1 time that he does so just because.
