Summary
Today marks the day Kyoshi has lived more years without Rangi, rather than with her. The Earth Avatar returns to Kyoshi island -already 174 years of age yet not one literal bad bone in her body- to pay respects to her wife's grave, just like every other year, and visit their daughter, Koko.
What she finds there pushes her -and the world- off the literal and figurative edge.
