Summary
I think you just lost your last friend, Thomas. The sentence echoed around his head. How could he have been so naive? This was a long time coming, after all, Thomas told himself. Augustus had proposed leaving the city numerous times—he had even offered to bring Thomas along. So in truth, it really was Thomas’ fault. Summary
Thomas was way too good at getting everything from Fluixon that he wanted. He was too lenient with him, too stupidly infatuated to ever truly deny him anything. Just this once he should've pushed through, should've said 'no'.
Fluixon hadn't.
Now he was in a fake relationship with his best friend to try and make his other best friend jealous for absolutely no reason. If it weren't happening to him he'd find it laughable. As it was, he just hoped he'd get away with his heart intact.
