Some were full of laughter and bright conversation as they sat around the grand dining room table, sharing breakfast like the strange little family they were.

Summary
Everyone thought they knew the legend. The story of the king who wished for the golden touch and was punished for his greed when he couldn’t eat, and when his beloved daughter was turned into a golden statue of herself. When he begged Dionysus for a reprieve from his mistake, he was given a way out: wash anything he turned to gold in a river, and they would return to the way they were.
That was how the story went, at least. The story of Midas.

Summary
Jeremy isn't Rimmy Tim, he's a street racer, though he understands how people can confuse them seeing as they're identical twins. It's more annoying than not when he gets kidnapped, though he knows how to take care of himself. It helps that Gavin is his boyfriend and is a literal mad scientist, and would rip the world apart to get him back. The trouble is keeping Gavin from tearing the world apart at the seams on a normal day.
