Izuku Midoriya is just trying to survive college. Between juggling three part-time jobs, endless coursework, and barely enough sleep, he doesn't have time for distractions-especially not in the form of two elite swimmers who seem determined to upend his routine.
After a grueling day, the last thing Izuku expects when reporting for his late-night pool maintenance shift is to find them-Bakugo his childhood rival turned relentless menace, and Shoto Todoroki, a strikingly intense (and distractingly good-looking) stranger-arguing over a race long after the pool is supposed to be closed.
As tensions rise both in and out of the water, Izuku finds himself caught between past rivalries, unexpected friendships, and feelings he really does not have time to deal with. But when swimming is a team sport-whether he likes it or not-he might just have to learn how to keep up.

Katsuki had never been open with emotions, unless it was anger. He had never shown his softer side to anyone aside from his daughter, and he certainly never showed any weakness.
But this. This was brand new, unexplored territory. His parents were trying their absolute best to help him and were showing their own soft sides. Surely it was only fair that Katsuki return the favour?
He finally brought his eyes up from the carpeted floor, flicking between crimson and brown that sat before him. He took another deep breath before nodding and squeezing their hands in return.

Leave it to his father to be the peacekeeper between Katsuki and his mother. His calm demeanor has always been there to soothe both the hotheaded alpha. He would constantly be found with calming hands rubbing Mitsuki’s shoulders during arguments between both blondes.
His mother simply rolls her eyes and makes her way over to the upright liquor cabinet which sits against the wall behind them “ok Katsuki. Tell us about her” she tells her son as she pours herself a glass of strong-smelling brown liquor.
“He,” he says simply.
“Excuse me?”
“He, the omega is male.”
