Summary
The world Tommy lived in was going to shit, and had been going to shit for a long time. It was common knowledge at this point. And so, he was perfectly content to live out his life as a raccoon hybrid, ignoring anyone who called him 'feral' or 'a little shit', and spending time with his two best friends.
That was, until he happened across a peculiar rock down in an underground tunnel. And that rock turned out to contain the consciousness of someone who had been missing for a very, very long time.

Summary
Knowing life wasn’t supposed to be easy, and genuinely having to live with it; was something Tommy learned about way to young. A lesson learned with terrified howls, and whimpers of pain. He was the sole survivor of his pack, only a pup back then. As a warm summer night that was used to celebrate his entry into the world, into his pack. A night meant to be full of laughter and joy, had the night filled with screams and horror.
in other words, Tommy is an orphaned pup on his way to a new home!
