Summary
The second Nico was out of shot of his post-race interview, he quickened his pace to break away from the media pen.
Gabi. Gabi.
He was the only thing Nico wanted to see. Needed to see.
---
The miss was the matter of centimeters and Nico's heart still hasn't calmed down.
Or, a little post-Dutch GP ficlet featuring Gabico and the weight of 'what if?'

Summary
Gabi and Nico have never always got along. Until, suddenly, things shift slightly and now they're closer than ever. One falls in love slowly and the other watches, desperately trying everything to steer him away until it's far too late and the inevitable crash happens.
It wasn't supposed to be like this. Gabi had never really had someone like Nico Hulkenberg before: someone he could trust, someone that cared for him, and someone that was always there.
What it took was a cancelled flight, some unexpected softness and showing that he cared—and that almost cost them everything.
All Nico wants is to protect Gabriel, but all Gabriel wants is Nico.
Or,
a one-sided romance which is in truth a complicated mess of emotions with a bittersweet ending.
(i.e. the fic with the tearful hugs, drunken softness and a bit too much hurt.) -

Summary
Short stories with hermits and lifers, featuring a-spec characters!
This is a collection of short stories and drabbles which aren't necessarily all one-shots. I hope that's all good
Some of the AUs:
> Gem, Joel and Etho working in a bakery (with Gem the aro relationship advisor)
> Scarian angst involving part-watcher Scar
> Tango and Jimmy hanging out in the ranch
> Watcher Grian being called to the Life Series Winners' Village to help Scar get better
> And more!“I loved Jellie,” he said finally. “I loved her.”
Grian moved away, warm hands remaining on Scar’s shoulders. He was so close and held an almost electric gaze which Scar couldn’t really meet. Heart aching, he let even more tears flow down his cheeks.
“Don’t hurt yourself,” Grian whispered softly. “We all care for you. That’s why they called me back.”
“They called you back?”
“I was summoned,” the Watcher said, eyes momentarily flashing a subtle purple.
The words slipped out of Scar’s mouth before he thought about them. “I love you.”
