Summary
The Doctor has exceeded her sanity limit again, and the mechanisms that Kal'tsit put in place at Rhodes Island work to keep her alive. There is, however, a very serious existential worry brewing in the background of it all, and Kal'tsit and the Doctor must confront this concern together before a hypothetical future arrives in which the Doctor is no more.
This is a creative interpretation of the sanity system if it was an in-universe reality for the Doctor rather than just a way to entice players to spend more OP for more game time :^)

Summary
When Theresa died, she briefly dreamed of endless light and where the souls of her brethren were laid down after the end of life. She thought she would be part of them, the ‘myriad’, of a long line of Sarkaz who have died for their beliefs.
She hoped Amiya and the others would be well. She could only hope.
But when she awoke, she was not greeted by the hatred of her ancestors or the light of her fellow Sarkaz who had been assimilated into the myriad.
“Hello. Can you hear me?”
She awoke to see a human gazing at her, surrounded by metal in a ship all the way up in space, far beyond the barrier that cradled Terra.
The human calls herself Priestess.
