Summary
Miya Atsumu hated his job. Ever since a major injury benched him from ever playing volleyball again, he had to find a job with zero qualifications. This ended up being an assistant to a multimillionaire CEO, Sakusa Kiyoomi. After he was hired on the spot, he should have realized all of the red flags that surrounded the position. But, he was just happy to be working. Two years later, he regretted ever applying. But, he'd rather be unhappy and employed then forever job hunting. So, he swallowed his pride and played the little errand boy for the devil himself; his boss. The very boss that had the prettiest face he's ever seen, the very boss who's hands would fit perfectly around his body, and the very boss who was the most callous man he's ever met.
So, after a night out, multiple drinks later, and still upset about the events that played out at work that morning, Atsumu decided that Sakusa Kiyoomi needed a piece of his mind (even if he wouldn't remember it in the morning). One single email that enacted a string of events that Atsumu could have never seen coming.

How interesting! You definitely are a wild bunch of very different people when it comes to love!”
Atsumu’s breath hitches in his throat, and her comment kind of pisses him off, but he tries his best to smile and laugh it off. She says that like he’s unlovable, and ‘Sakusa Kiyoomi, who currently cares only for volleyball’? That seems pretty rude too, he thinks. It’s not like Sakusa’s heartless, even if he is all reserved and stuff.
He doesn’t really listen to much else of what she has to say after that, deciding that he doesn’t really like her that much, and balls his hands into fists in his pockets.

Briefly, Atsumu wonders how long he'd be able to avoid Sakusa if he just bolted back to his room and pretended this entire interaction never happened. "Um. Sorry?"
It comes out sounding more like a question than an apology, which... well, it's still better than just staring like a dumbass.
Better still isn't good, though, and both of them know it. Sakusa cocks an eyebrow and leans his shoulder against the doorframe, boxing Atsumu into the hallway. His eyes narrow, which Atsumu tries his best to focus on instead of looking at how the dim hall light's making that fucking bruise look even darker, a stain spilled over Sakusa's neck. "Are you?"
Atsumu really isn't a fan of having no idea what to say twice in a row. The truth isn't an option—it's not like he can tell Sakusa that actually, he's not sorry for staring, because if Sakusa's gonna go out and let some neanderthal leave that where everyone can see it then he sorta deserves it. He can’t imagine that’d go over very well.
Sakusa must know that Atsumu doesn't have a defense, because he keeps going. "You know, I didn't take you for the jealous type."

Sakusa Kiyoomi's voice sounds cold as ice as he wraps an arm around the setter's waist and glares at Hinata.
Hinata stares at the hand gripping Tsumu-kun's waist, possessively, then Sakusa-san's face. Then the hand and then face again.
Oh no he thinks, feeling utterly and completely mortified, oh no. Oh no no no no.
