Baizhu/gender-neutral reader
“Is there anything I can do, Dr.Baizhu?” you questioned
“Can you help walk me to my room y/n?” his voice rasped, laden with exhaustion.
If your head weren’t so preoccupied with concern your heart would’ve usually fluttered in your chest from hearing Dr.Baizhu speak your name in that raspy tone. In silent agreement, you helped him walk towards the stairs leading up to his bedroom.
Maybe it was then, at Baizhu's moment of weakness, where he began to love you or maybe even long before then. But never in your life would you have thought he'd return your feelings, or that you'd end up here, smiling brightly up at him wrapped tightly in his embrace as you overlooked Liyue together, Gui, Changesheng, and Qiqi beside the two of you. You don't know how you became a part of this little family the two of you created but you wouldn't have it any other way.

I've done my best to cover more or less all the evidence pointing towards Narumitsu, from what we see in the games to what the anime added, to hidden hints in the expanded universe, out-of-universe events that support the ship and some meta/analysis thrown in for fun. Enjoy!

Summary
Clay is missing. Law Enforcement says he's fine. GYAXA says he's "just training." But Apollo knows better. Something fishy is going on here... It's up to him to figure out what that is.
After burning through leads, Apollo is ordered to take a vacation, and is sent back home to his father's tourist trap: the Wright Anything Attic. His aunt and uncle task him with two "simple" tasks: to relax, and to get information from his father on a couple old cases of his. Suddenly, he's thrown into the jaws of a decade old mystery, full of unsolved disappearances, murders, demons, cults and the occasional Yokai.
So much for a vacation.
