Summary
As the title implies, this now completed fic is just a novelized version of the amazing Star Wars Jedi: Survivor video game. This labor of love is for the fans who wish to experience this beautiful story in written format, on the go, or for those who may not have had the time or opportunity to experience playing the game. In it you can follow Jedi Cal Kestis on his continued journey through the galaxy and now experience it through the various view points of multiple characters - though Cal is still the prominent voice throughout. While this novelization sticks very closely to the game and includes all the major story beats and in-game dialogue [and action-filled gameplay mechanics], I’ve also taken the liberty to expand and add moments that enhance transitional points in the story or further flesh out our characters. Enjoy!

Summary

Summary
Darth Vader and his Inquisitors capture Cal and the Mantis crew on Nur. The other methods he and the Inquisitors used on other Jedi haven't worked on Cal; he won't reveal any information or turn to the Dark Side no matter how much pain he's in. No matter what they try, they can't break him.
That's when the Second Sister realises that maybe they should try the emotional type of pain, and she remembers how close Cal is to his friends.
Who the Empire have right in their grasp.

“Fine,” he spat through his teeth, “can I at least order something to go?”
Merrin narrowed her eyes and nodded, “What will it be then, officer?”
The disrespectful way in which she had stated his job title nearly sent him over the edge, “You can just call me Cal.”
He never imagined vocalizing a sentence that was in reality so banal in such a hostile tone.
Merrin rolled her eyes and raised a hand to him, “Alright, then what do you want, Cal?”
Now he was balking at her, still not understanding why she seemed to hate him so much, “What is your deal? Is this how you treat all of your customers, or is it just me who gets the honor?”
Her head tilted a bit before she eyed him fiercely, “Just you.”
...
As an officer of the law, Cal Kestis has always has tried to help those in need. And at this point, he has his dog, his friends, and his plants, so he felt like he really couldn't want for much. It's not until someone he knew years ago unprecedentedly ricochets into his life that he starts to realize he can no longer stay in denial about his past or his feelings.
