Summary
Five minutes. What if Roland appeared in Evan’s world five minutes later than when he did in the game? Such a small shift in time may seem like nothing, but in this AU five misplaced minutes results in a storyline littered with new aspects, an injured cat child, a president turned full-time parental figure and an adventure of a lifetime. Roland helps Evan cope with the frightening new changes that loosing his kingdom forces upon him. Some sad notes (scared, anxious, slightly bratty Evan). Lots of sweet moments as everyone must protect the cat child, some fluffy EvanxTani, found family trope, etc. A retelling of Ni No Kuni II focusing on the emotional trama the game skipped over.
A/N: In honor of Ni No Kuni getting released on the Switch September 17th 2021 I wanted to post this fanfiction I started writing back in 2018, when the game came out on PC. Since I didn’t finish the game on PC, I plan on 100% it and the DLC and on the Switch and I’ll update this fanfic as I get refreshed on the game’s story and gameplay mechanics. I’ll do my best to finish the story and I hope everyone who reads enjoys it!

Summary
It was supposed to be a simple mission. Byleth thought it would be a nice break for his students after their recent victory. He hadn’t anticipated putting his students in danger and he was blindsided by the looming shadow of his house leader’s past. A part of him wished to forget it, but with lives on the line, Byleth knew better than to ignore the potential threat this information presented.
Claude couldn’t stop berating himself. How could he let down his guard? Teach had heard everything. His classmates were witnesses and would demand answers. But there was no way to spin the news that one of his older siblings had hunted him down and wouldn’t rest until they cleaved his head from his shoulders. And with his injuries all he could do was lay in bed, drowning in his panic and dread, all while he smiled and did his best to reassure his boyfriend all was well.

I'm still mad that we only got crumbs of Claude’s backstory in Three Houses. After seeing Warriors Three Hopes debut trailer I took a crack at a side story that could have been used in the main game to help give more to Claude’s backstory in Alymara. Some good old angst and soft Dimiclaude vibes.

Summary
Anyone enrolled at Garreg Mach University could audition to be part of the renaissance fair. Dimitri had auditioned with hopes of getting an easy position, maybe as a vendor or game stall worker, but Edelgard had other plans: the jousting tournament. But at least it wasn’t all bad, his crush Khalid was performing with him, a refreshing mercy within the summertime heat.

I went to a renaissance fair and saw a jousting match, it was lots of fun. Then I remember I have Dimiclaude brain rot, and plopped the boys in this modern/college AU, along with a few other characters. Jousting, costumes, and love struck boys! Please enjoy!

Summary
As much as Claude detested his grandfather for trying to mold him into the image of someone Claude was definitely not, he understood the importance of his tutoring. While Lord Riegan had viewed it as a method for trying to correct the mistakes in Claude’s upbringing, Claude viewed them like survival lessons. Oswald was trying to wash Claude’s background white, forbidding him from speaking ‘that barbaric language’ and even forcing Claude to change his name, all for the sake of propriety in a culture that Claude did not understand but was being rapidly made to. He was being catapulted into a world he knew nothing about and he needed to learn how to blend in, fast. He was lucky that he was a quick learner and that he picked up most things with relative ease; a jack-of-all-trades, though a master of none, he was passable.
Except when it came to dancing.

Summary
A scream tears from his throat as he plummets through the floor, right through decaying wood and the cheap peeling plaster of the ceiling, wind whistling rapidly past his ears, eyes wide open in shock as he twists desperately, hands clawing about in the air, wanting some way to stop his descent. There's no time for a second scream as the floor of the previous story rushes up far too fast, and it's only after he's gone through it, body scraping painfully on broken boards, arm catching briefly and ripping open skin, that he registers he's gone right through a hole in that floor, falling further down to the story below.
Noct's avoidance of his royal obligations sets off a chain of events no one could have foreseen, culminating in him falling through three stories of an abandoned building. Unfortunately, no one knows where he is, and as his condition worsens, it soon becomes a tense challenge to find him in time.
