Thus, the Targs ally themselves with the Survey Corps. They will provide their dragons and strength, and in return, the Survey Corps will move heaven and earth to send them home.

Marley didn't account for organic napalm jets. Rhaenyra didn't account for the Attack Titan. Aegon II and Eren Yeager become the duo the no one expected, lol.
