    “That’s really not necessary, Dustin, but thank you,” Will interrupted, at the same time Mike exclaimed, with cheeks flushed in anger, “Hey! I am not a hot-head!”

    According to a divine prophecy, Mike and his party have a year to defeat Vecna before the Undying King fulfills his mission of destroying the world and killing everyone on it. So, no pressure.

    On top of this, Mike has been given his own prophecy which states that, during the final battle with Vecna, he would meet the person he was destined to fall in love with- His soulmate. Except there was one problem with this:

    Mike was sure he had already met his soulmate: His best friend, Will Byers. (Fantasy!AU)
