Summary
A witcher's job is simple: take contracts, slay monsters, profit. Alec is a wandering young witcher, nearing his wits' end, when he happens on a contract almost too good to be true. The catch is that the job comes with a partner: the beautiful, troublesome Magnus, who seems too wise to Alec's secrets, but keeps many of his own.
Together they hunt monsters—and fall in love.
