It's not the ice cream place itself that gets on his nerves, it's who works there that annoys him. Steve Harrington, also known as the former king of Hawkins of High. He could just not go in, but the ice cream is very good, and something about the place makes it very easy to write a song, so he deals with the infuriating presence. They retreated and Sirius let out a breath, rubbing the spot on his arm the professor had touched.
“Mr Black, you have very powerful radiating magical energy.” They looked at Sirius as if waiting for an explanation. Unsatisfied, they continued, “That in itself isn’t strange, but this energy isn’t entirely yours. It seems to be intertwined with another.”
Sirius would wake the morning after every full moon with a new set of marks slashed across his chest. There was no explanation for it, only rules. The most important: Keep Them Hidden.
