Summary
It is Genka 52, and the greatest conflict the world has ever seen is coming to a close. The sunburst war banner of the Dai Nippon Teikoku and the wreath of stars of the Europa Union fly over the former lands of the Holy Britannian Empire, its armies shattered and its cities reduced to rubble. In the ruins of the former capital of Pendragon, a young boy swears vengeance on his homeland for its crimes against his friends.
It has been seven years since the collapse of the Holy Britannian Empire. Imperial Japan and the Europa Union, former allies, now find themselves teetering on the brink of another world-spanning conflict. Amid this fragile peace, Suzaku Kurugi, heir to the Shogunate, arrives in the Pacific Occupation Zone—ostensibly to restore order, but in truth to build allies to challenge his father. Fate makes mockery of all plans, however, and a chance encounter in the wake of a terror attack sets him down the course of rebellion as the chaos summons old ghosts to haunt the living once more. Summary
