Summary
“I’d like this, please!” Bokuto placed the Foo Fighters vinyl in front of the mystery worker, resting her elbows on the countertop.
The mystery worker picked up the vinyl, scanning it quickly. “Would that be all?”
No, Bokuto thought. “Can I have you, too?”
Gunmetal blue eyes widened at her, blinking slowly. “Excuse me?”

Summary
“Koutarou, I can’t do this anymore.”
Bokuto didn’t move. “What do you mean?”
“I mean us,” Akaashi gasped out. “It’s not working anymore. We can both feel it.”~
Your classic story of lovers to enemies to strangers to friends to lovers. Bokuto and Akaashi have been together for nearly five years, but when things start to get tough, Akaashi breaks up with Bokuto, and they stop speaking.
Over the next five years, they live their lives, learn about themselves, fall in love with other people, and grow. With their friends by their sides, they heal and change and make mistakes and eventually find their way back to each other.
A lot of drama, attempts at humor, a few original characters, plenty of flashbacks, one unsent love letter, and more!Bookmarked by Vittymint

Summary
Akaashi took a breath, willing the rest of the words to come out. He’d been on the opposite side of this conversation enough times to know how it was supposed to go. Those words, spoken by Bokuto at seventeen, nineteen, twenty-two, had hurt enough to linger, timbre and pitch and intensity all burned into the worn-down edges of his memory: Akaashi, I’m seeing someone!
“Bokuto-san,” he said, his own voice hoarse and cracking. “I’ve been seeing someone.”
--
When Akaashi is pursued by one of his literary idols, he wonders if it's finally time to move on from his unrequited love for his best friend.

Summary
Sakusa doesn’t move, only raising an eyebrow to show he's not at all entertained by the sudden drop-by. “You woke me up.”
Atsumu chuckles dryly. "That's how I know yer' lyin'. Nobody within a hundred miles can fall asleep 'cuz of the shit the two lovebirds are doing."
Sakusa wants to hide the sly smirk with a scowl, but he fails. He's not smiling at the presence of Atsumu, but because he knows he's not alone. "Go knock on their door and tell them to quit it."
"I did." Atsumu huffs.
"And?"
"Bokuto handed me a tambourine and told me to join in."
in which sakusa kiyoomi lives under the most obnoxious neighbors in the world-- koutarou bokuto and keiji akaashi-- and discovers that no amount of noise complaints or earplugs can save him from the ukuleles, balloon parties, or community scrapbooks. he joins forces with atsumu miya, the couple's upstairs neighbor, and together they plot increasingly desperate acts of sabotage against the villa and against love—until the line between enemies, allies, and something dangerously close to friendship starts to blur.

Summary
Akaashi Keiji, Bokuto was starting to suspect, was a heart-breaker.
He got asked out almost everywhere they went. That was no surprise: Akaashi was a huge catch, clever and kind and pretty. Of course he was popular! It felt like he had a date every other week, which was great - except that none of them worked out, and he had a new and bewildering reason every time Bokuto asked.

Summary
“I don’t know what I’m going to do without you, Akaashi,” chokes Bokuto.
The timer screams loud in Keiji's ears.
“Yeah, well-” says Keiji. His words start off broken so he clears his throat, tries again. His eyes flit against his will. He can’t look, he can’t see. “Yeah well I’ve been half in love with you for the last year so I think you’ll be able to manage better than I will.”
Bokuto goes still under his hands. Keiji looks, only briefly, and Bokuto is… he looks stunned. His cheeks are even redder now and his eyes are comically wide. He looks like a deer in headlights. Keiji’s stomach churns, he closes his eyes and ducks his head a little. “You can do this, Bokuto-san. We all believe in you.”
Keiji steps back and gives himself one last look at him. His stupid hair all wild and winded, his blazer wrinkled and wet in spots from tears and snot, and his face, mouth parted in surprise, red on the apple of his cheeks. He is beautiful. There isn’t a time in Keiji’s life where he both knew Bokuto and didn’t think that.
And then the moment is up. “I believe in you,” says Keiji, before walking away.
And then?
And then he and Bokuto don’t speak to each other for almost three years.
