    Summary

    Since returning from his seven-year hiatus, Alastor had been spiraling. In the aftermath of the extermination, it seems that his life is completely out of his control as his mental and physical health worsen by the day. A chance encounter with the hotel's only qualified therapist starts the resident overlord on a learning path. However, there's more to Alastor's erratic behavior than meets the eye, and unknown forces work from the shadows to disrupt everything he's come to care about.

    With everything hanging in the balance, can Alastor learn to trust others before it's too late, or will he be doomed to watch everything he loves disappear by his own hand?

    But the second their hands touch, It's as if a black hole had formed inside his chest, stripping his lungs of air and his veins of golden blood.

    “Oh, Al. I’ve been dreaming about this for a long time,” Vox almost exclaimed, with a huge smile. The excitement was shining in his eyes.

    Alastor could tell that Vox was thrilled about what was about to happen between them, but his smile didn’t reassure him in the slightest. It only made a knot form in his stomach, and sudden nausea rose in his throat, forcing him to swallow to keep himself from vomiting. The idea of Vox touching him with sexual intent disgusted —and terrified— him.

    “Al, don’t be shy. Come on, take something off too.” Vox watched him for a few seconds. Alastor didn’t respond. He didn’t even move to take off his shirt, as Vox already had. He couldn’t. “Do you want me to help you?”

    Alastor still didn’t respond. He didn’t know what he was supposed to say. He had never been about to have sex before. He had no idea how to act. This would be his first time, if Vox decided to go through with it. When Vox touched his shoulder, Alastor resisted the urge to pull away as far as possible from him and from the entire situation that threatened to swallow him into a void.
